CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

UPPER BODY

The focus of this class is to work on everything from the waist up! Expect cable work, bands, heavy and light weights.

BOOTY BLAST

This specialty group glass is all legs & bootay. With a mixture of cardio & strength training, you'll see that bubble butt in no time!

FULL BODY

Target all muscle groups in a semi-private setting with Build It: Full Body! We'll work everything from head to toe, and leave you feeling DRENCHED!

REBALANCE & TONE

Increase your range of motion, mobility, and flexibility while creating long lean muscles. This class combines pilates/ballet-inspired tone and stretch, all while making sure you keep your heart rate up and blood flowing.

HIIT

A quick sweat at a fast pace! This High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class will get your heart rate up quickly, ensuring you get a full workout with double the sweat!

REHAB 30

We are only as strong as our weakest link, and this 30 minute session works on correcting that link! Fix your imbalances and learn how to work the right muscles with this specialized class!
